Terms of Collaboration

These terms describe the general principles of working with VY Digital. Specific arrangements for each project are agreed separately before it starts.

General

We provide design, development and support services for websites and web services.

The scope, timeline and cost of each project are agreed individually and fixed before work begins.

Process and payment

Work proceeds in stages. Payment is usually staged: an upfront amount at the start and the rest by milestones.

Settlements are in USD or EUR. We do not work with rubles (RUB).

Ownership of the result

After full payment, the rights to the project and its source code transfer to you.

We may add the project to our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Warranty and liability

We fix issues caused on our side within a reasonable period after launch.

We are not responsible for third-party services or for content provided by the client.

Collaboration policy

We do not work with clients or companies based in the Russian Federation. This is a firm principle for us.

We work with businesses across Ukraine, Europe, the US and other countries.
